Each delivery option provides identical course content. The virtual class provides a weekly scheduled instructor-led class, and a mid-term and a final exam. The on-demand option does not have scheduled classes, and concludes with one final exam.

If recurrent training is completed within the final three months of validity of the previous training, the period of validity extends from the month on which the recurrent training and assessment was completed until 24 months from the expiry month of that previous training and assessment.
The CIFFA certificate is a digital document that is emailed to you, and can be shared on social media. You may also print your certificate from the digital diploma platform. The FIATA diploma is also a digital diploma that is provided directly by FIATA.
You must successfully complete International Transportation and Trade, Essentials of Freight Forwarding and Advanced Freight Services. Once complete CIFFA applies to FIATA on your behalf for the digital FIATA diploma. This diploma applies to students living in Canada or working for a company based in Canada.
